A one-off appointment fee allows clients to have a report on any issues – whether it is leaks tiling issues, guttering, soffits and fascias or flat roofs.

Currently the fee is £75 for a ground level appointment or £125 for a ladder and roof appointment. Fees are payable in advance by bank transfer.

Clients can opt for a ground level appointment or a more thorough ladder & loft appointment.
